Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare and beauty services, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a relaxing experience for clients. Responsibilities: - Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body treatments, and waxing services - Conduct skin analysis and provide professional recommendations on skincare regimens - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments - Sanitize equipment and maintain a clean work environment to ensure client safety - Demonstrate and promote retail products during appointments - Provide product demos and educate clients on at-home skincare routines - Utilize cosmetology skills for services such as nail care, body waxing, and hair extensions - Offer hospitality by ensuring clients feel welcome, comfortable, and valued throughout their visit - Collaborate with the team in a med spa setting to deliver high-quality services Experience: - Must be a licensed Esthetician with experience in skincare treatments - Proficiency in performing body waxing, nail care, and cosmetology services - Strong background in retail sales with the ability to promote and sell skincare products - Experience working in a med spa environment is a plus - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively Join our team as an Esthetician to showcase your talent in skincare services, interact with diverse clientele, and contribute to enhancing the beauty and confidence of our customers.
