Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in our continued success and expansion.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
• Conduct market analysis to provide clients with insightful information.
• Coordinate property showings and open houses.
• Negotiate property transactions, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and industry connections.
• Stay updated on real estate laws and trends.

Qualifications

• Valid real estate license (or willing to obtain one with our support).
• Proven track record in real estate, sales, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using real estate software and tools.
