Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics & communications / Electrical Engineering from an accredited college or university
Experience
Min. 5-7 years of overall experience
- 3 years Solutions sales experience with Building Automation & ELV Systems
- 2-4 years solutions & estimation with development of Building Automation & ELV Systems
Additional Qualifications (preferred):
- Energy management & cloud solutions design
- Ability to demonstrate ownership / leadership skills
- Extra-curricular activities/leadership experience
Responsibilities
Core Activities
- Developing the system arch. & project specific presentation to clients and consultants
- Prepare pre-sales Engineering documentation as per the specifications
- Pre-sales design & estimation of BMS, ACS, CCTV, FAS, PAVA, WLD, RRS, Perimeter Security etc
- Pre-sales activities of integrated solution with ITOT convergence platforms
- Product trade penetration focus of wireless sensors, IoT / IIoT Gateways, Power quality products
- Proposal generation for above all pre-sales estimations activities
- Customer presentations and aligning with team for demos / industry events / exhibitions
- Establish professional relationships with suppliers / partners
- Technical follow-up on submitted proposals
- Stakeholders relationship mapping and market intelligence drive
- Tender / Bid execution and Sales negotiations
- Achieving Monthly sales order conversion
- Project or service Operations support focusing as client account lead
Administration activities
- Daily and correct CRM update
- Management reporting with relevant data
- Sending purchase requisition for simple product trade
- Payments follow for product supply associated invoices
Self-Development Activities:
- Developing skills to understand different verticals of business and customer business processes
- Self-learning of Technology / software tools wherein KED predominantly work upon.
- Developing recruitment skills towards basics of company operations technologies;
- Fundamentals of Analytical Control & automation
- Cloud based of Energy management solutions
- Wireless & IOT solutions
