Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional with solid experience in HR operations, compliance, and executive coordination across international markets.

This role will be responsible for managing HR processes, labor compliance, contractor documentation and international employment standards, while also acting as a trusted support partner for leadership by handling calendar management, meeting coordination, and business planning activities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in HR operations and compliance for International markets
  • Good understanding of international labor laws, contractor compliance, GDPR, and documentation standards
  • Experience in calendar management, executive assistance, and leadership coordination
  • Robust knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and scheduling tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across global time zones
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred Background

  • Prior experience supporting CXO/Director-level stakeholders
  • Exposure to International Markets
