Senior ETL & Data - Platform Developer

You are the ideal candidate for the position of Senior ETL & Data Platform Developer at our company. • *Key Responsibilities:**
• Hands-on experience in building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
• Strong working knowledge of AWS Glue, dbt, Airflow/Astronomer, and AWS HealthLake
• Experience designing and optimizing Snowflake data warehouses including schema design, performance tuning, and cost optimization
• Knowledge of Azure Data Pipelines or willingness to learn quickly
• Experience implementing data validation frameworks and ability to automate data quality checks, anomaly detection, schema validation, and reconciliation processes
• Strong understanding of maintaining data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards is preferred
• Experience working in HIPAA-compliant environments and strong understanding of PHI/PII data protection
• Experience maintaining metadata, data lineage, and documentation aligned with governance best practices
• *Qualifications Required:**
• 5-10+ years of experience in Data Engineering
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Experience working in cloud-based data ecosystems with AWS mandatory
• Ability to work on EST timings with 2-3 hours of overlap timings
