Job Description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will support the daily operations of ongoing projects and ensure tasks are completed on time. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to communicate effectively with internal teams, management, and clients.

This role requires strong follow-up skills, time management, and the ability to work independently while supporting the project team.

  • Assist in planning and coordinating project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
  • Act as a communication link between management, teams, and clients.
  • Monitor project progress and follow up with necessary stakeholders.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, reports, and status updates.
  • Coordinate resources required for project execution.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and escalate delays when necessary.
  • Assist in budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement activities (if applicable).
  • Support project team with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or similar role (optional for freshers).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
  • Attention to detail, proactive approach, and strong ownership mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
