Job Description

  • Position Name: SEO Specialist (Lead Generation) Position Type : Full time Job Location: Bengaluru, Hyderabad,Chennai Experience: 2 to 5 yrs Qualification: Any Graduation We are looking for a results-oriented SEO Specialist with strong digital marketing and lead generation focus.
  • The ideal candidate should have experience driving qualified B2B leads through organic search, with hands-on expertise in On-page & Off-page SEO, analytics, and CRM-based reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute SEO strategies focused on lead generation and conversions Optimize On-page SEO for landing pages, product pages, and lead funnels (keywords, meta tags, content, CTAs, internal linking) Manage Off-page SEO activities to improve authority and lead quality, including: Business listings, Link Exchange Guest posting & backlink acquisition Brand mentions and referral traffic Conduct keyword research based on buyer intent (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create SEO-driven lead content (blogs, landing pages, case studies) Track organic traffic, rankings, leads, and conversions Monitor and optimize SEO campaigns to improve lead quality and CPL Prepare weekly/monthly performance and lead reports

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of hands-on SEO experience with a marketing/lead generation focus Experience in a B2B product-based company
  • Strong knowledge of On-page & Off-page SEO best practices
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • Google Analytics (goal & conversion tracking)
  • Google Search Console (Webmaster Tools) Zoho CRM for lead tracking.
  • Experience using SEO and marketing tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.) Understanding of conversion optimization, funnels, and buyer intent Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in SaaS / enterprise B2B marketing
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO( Conversion Rate optimisation)
  • Ability to work closely with sales teams to align SEO leads with revenue goals
