Job Description
As a Sales professional, your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets and driving business growth. You will be responsible for:
Achieving assigned sales targets across products, services, and solutions.
Identifying and closing new business opportunities in the CPG/FMCG sector.
Driving acquisition of new and competitive accounts.
Expanding revenue from existing strategic accounts.
In addition to sales target achievement, you will also be involved in Strategic Account Management by:
Developing structured strategic account plans for assigned customers.
Executing disciplined sales planning and opportunity management processes.
Working closely with internal and partner teams to deliver account objectives.
Ensuring alignment of customer goals with Rockwell Automation solutions.
Furthermore, your role will require active Customer Engagement & Relationship Management by:
Spending the majority of your time in customer-facing activities (minimum 70%).
Building strong relationships with end users, OEMs, distributors, and system integrators.
Improving customer satisfaction through regular engagement and issue resolution.
Conducting customer visits and surveys to enhance service delivery.
