SharePoint Administrator

Kalman & Company is seeking to hire a SharePoint Administrator to provide management of the SharePoint sites used by the Government customer. This position is contingent upon contract award and would support DoD clients in Stafford/Quantico, VA. The proposal award date would be spring of 2026.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Serve as the PM MT administrator, providing oversight and daily management for SharePoint sites which support the staff and Teams

• Review programmatic information in TOPIC for any errors, inconsistencies, and omissions. Under government direction update program information in, and upload documents to, TOPIC.
• Manage, administer, and maintain the SharePoint sites, responsible for the following day-to-day activities:
• * Organize, and maintain SharePoint program and project documentation, calendars, meeting information, and other workspaces
• Provide training and assistance to new users
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the development of web parts and console applications used to support customers within the SharePoint environment
• Review the SharePoint system and propose basic and custom modifications in a summary report to improve the system’s functionality, effectiveness, and efficiency.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• US Citizenship is required
• Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT- or computer science-related field
• 1-5 years of relevant experience required
• Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate information both verbally and in writing
• Exceptional interpersonal skills: ability to work with a wide audience
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage tasks/prioritize work to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT- or computer science-related field;
