Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Description
He/she will be responsible for real estate sales, and marketing. The prime role is to sell
premium residential and commercial projects. The role involves relationship-focused
sales professionals experienced in financial products who want to transition into a
high-income, fast-growing real estate investment market. He/she will engage with
HNI/NRI investors, present premium property investment opportunities, and drive
closures with attractive ROI propositions.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and connect with HNI/NRI investors, bankers, wealth managers, and high-
net-worth circles.
● Present project ROI, investment benefits, and property appreciation potential to
prospective clients.
● Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and post-sale
relationship management.
● Conduct site visits and investment presentations.
● Build alliances with BFSI professionals, banks, NBFCs, and financial planners for
referral business.
Ideal Candidate
● Experience: 3 + years in BFSI sales, Banc assurance, Proprietary Channel, Wealth
Management, or NRI RM roles.
● Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
● Existing HNI/NRI client base will be an added advantage.
● Comfortable with high-ticket sales like ₹50L and above.
● Age: Below 35 years.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
● Believes in targets achievement and values commitment.
