R&D Lab Assistant (India)

We are inviting applications from dynamic and inquisitive candidates for the position of R&D; Lab Assistant in our R&D; division. The selected trainee will engage in applied research, experimental design, and data analysis, contributing to ongoing projects in process development, material innovation, and environmental technology. This role provides a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to advanced laboratory practices, technical documentation, and real-world research applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing laboratory and pilot-scale experiments under supervision.
• Support ongoing research activities related to process development and performance evaluation.
• Collect, compile, and analyze experimental data with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain comprehensive records of tests, observations, and research outcomes.
• Contribute to technical documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and reports.
• Perform literature reviews and background studies relevant to assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with all laboratory safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the R&D; team to identify innovative solutions for technical challenges.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Educational Qualification:
• Master of Science (M.Sc) in Chemistry.
• Strong scientific aptitude and research-oriented mindset.
• Valuable understanding of laboratory techniques, chemical handling, and data interpretation.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
