Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Representative to support business expansion across key regions. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in B2B SaaS / Software sales, particularly in engineering or technology-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and manage the end-to-end sales cycle
- Engage with Engineering, R&D, and technical stakeholders
- Position and sell simulation and digital engineering solutions
- Coordinate with technical teams for product demonstrations and solution mapping
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Actively manage field sales activities and client meetings
Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS / Software Product Sales
- Engineering degree is mandatory (Mechanical preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Exposure to CAD / CAM / CAE / PLM / Simulation tools is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel for client engagement and field sales
