Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SQL Server DBA to support a critical production environment. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience managing SQL Server databases, resolving complex production issues, and supporting application teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide senior-level SQL Server database administration and production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve critical database incidents in real time.
• Work closely with application teams to diagnose and resolve database-related issues.
• Perform advanced SQL Server performance tuning and optimization.
• Manage and support SQL Server replication environments.
• Monitor and resolve CPU, memory, and query performance issues.
• Analyze database workloads and implement improvements for system stability and performance.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on database best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration.
• Deep expertise in SQL Server performance troubleshooting and tuning.
• Experience with SQL Server replication (transactional/merge or similar).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot real-time production issues in critical environments.
• Strong understanding of advanced database concepts and architecture.
• Experience diagnosing CPU-related performance issues and system bottlenecks.
• Ability to analyze complex scenarios and provide structured problem-solving approaches.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical solutions
