Sr Cross Cloud Salesforce Admin

A Randstad client in Washington, DC, is seeking a Senior Cross-Cloud Salesforce Administrator to oversee and manage multi-cloud Salesforce environments. This role requires advanced expertise in Salesforce configuration, data integrity management, and system integration to support sales, service, and marketing processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of multiple Salesforce Clouds, advanced problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to user management, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions across Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
• Configure and customize Salesforce platforms to meet each cloud's functional needs.
• Ensure data integrity within the Data Cloud platform, implementing cleansing and quality processes.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems for seamless data ingestion and maintain performance during data refreshes.
• Build and manage reports and dashboards for insights into sales and marketing performance.
• Use Copado for deployment, version control, testing, and compliance checks across environments.
• Support and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign execution, data migration, and reporting with tools like Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Analytics Builder.
• Configure Copado pipelines to automate deployment processes efficiently.
• Design complex workflows and automation processes and provide troubleshooting support.
• Develop and manage license usage metrics and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in architecture roles with hands-on Salesforce expertise, ideally within mid to large-sized organizations.
• Extensive experience with enterprise architecture, integration, data management, and security protocols.

Preferred Skills and Certifications:

• Proficiency in Service, Sales, Community, Marketing, and Data Clouds; experience with Salesforce DX, Apex, and Lightning components.
• SFDC Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Marketing Cloud Certification, and other relevant Salesforce certifications.
