We are currently looking for an experienced culinary professional for a reputed hospitality setup in Ahmedabad.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Supervise kitchen staff (Commis, CDPs) during prep and service
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety (HACCP)
- Manage inventory, stock planning, and minimize wastage
- Train and mentor junior team members
- Ensure smooth kitchen operations and service flow
Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts
- 4–8 years of relevant kitchen experience
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good knowledge of food cost control and kitchen operations
- Open to relocation to Ahmedabad
