We are currently looking for an experienced culinary professional for a reputed hospitality setup in Ahmedabad.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Supervise kitchen staff (Commis, CDPs) during prep and service
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards
  • Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety (HACCP)
  • Manage inventory, stock planning, and minimize wastage
  • Train and mentor junior team members
  • Ensure smooth kitchen operations and service flow

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts
  • 4–8 years of relevant kitchen experience

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good knowledge of food cost control and kitchen operations
  • Open to relocation to Ahmedabad
