Job Title: Area Manager – Industrial Catering
Experience: 8–10 years in industrial / institutional catering
Role Overview:
The Area Manager will be responsible for managing multiple catering sites, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency across all assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple industrial catering units
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards (FSSAI compliance)
- Manage client relationships and handle escalations effectively
- Monitor and control food cost, manpower cost, and overall site profitability
- Ensure timely procurement, inventory control, and vendor management
- Lead, train, and supervise site managers and staff
- Implement SOPs and drive continuous improvement in operations
- Conduct regular site audits for quality, hygiene, and service standards
- Coordinate with HR for staffing, attendance, and discipline
- Ensure smooth execution of special events / high-volume service days
Key Skills Required:
- Strong operations management in large-scale catering
- Cost control and budgeting skills
- Excellent client handling and communication
- Team leadership and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of food safety standards and audits
Qualifications
- Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant field
- Strong experience in industrial / corporate catering preferred

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
