As a Sales Engineer Sales Executive, your role will involve generating leads and contributing to the growth of the business. You will be responsible for identifying new customers and their needs, meeting with prospective clients, and promoting the company's services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying new sales leads, markets, and customers.
- Meeting clients regularly, arranging meetings, and promoting company services to address client objectives.
- Researching organizations and individuals online to identify potential leads and markets.
- Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales service support.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events, as well as organizing trade fairs, exhibitions, and seminars.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations about the services offered and presenting them to clients.
- Developing sales goals, ensuring they are met, and making daily visits to customers to capture more areas and reach clients.
- Establishing new dealers, channel partners, OEMs, and service partners.
- Reporting to seniors daily, submitting expenses, calling leads, and converting them into prospects.
- Conducting negotiation meetings, closing deals, handling customer queries and complaints, and following up effectively.
- Maintaining proper data for each client and making repetitive visits to hot prospects.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also be expected to regularly upgrade your sales skills by watching sales techniques enhancing videos, reading books related to sales, etc.
