You'll coordinate with the Garage Foreperson and establish maintenance schedules for specialized utility tools in High Voltage Electrical applications. Leadership extends to managing safe operations and vendor communications, ensuring corporate standards and health protocols are upheld. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 200+ heavy-duty fleet maintenance and planning
• Provide detailed utilization and maintenance reports
• Review and delegate work orders effectively
• Oversee procurement and repair of specialized tools
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices Requirements:
• 7-10 years of managerial experience in fleet services
• Certified Heavy Duty Mechanic preferred
• Technical Trades Certification or Management Certificate preferred
• Strong organizational and vendor management skills
