Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Floor cum Shift Supervisor to manage daily operations at our retail fuel outlet. The role ensures efficient floor management, accurate cash reporting, and high safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily shift handover, cash reconciliation, and sales reports.
- Directly supervise petrol attendants (salesmen) and ensure top-notch customer service.
- Conduct daily dip measurements for underground tanks and verify stocks.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain the cleanliness of the forecourt.
- Coordinate with managers for lubricant inventory and tanker deliveries.
- Accurately record sales, manage digital payments, and handle cash handovers.
- Maintain safety protocols, inspect pump cleanliness, and monitor fuel tanks.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor, Lead Man, or Manager in a petrol station (at least 2 years).
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts).
- Good communication skills to interact with diverse customers and truck drivers.
- Basic computer skills and fluency in Malayalam and .
- Strong integrity and leadership skills.
Language Requirements:
- Malayalam: Fluent (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
- English: Fluent (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)
- Hindi: Good conversational/spoken skills
- Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
