Located in Brentwood, MD, we provide private lessons, group classes, and performance opportunities for students of all ages and skill levels. Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and reliable Drum and/or Piano Instructor to join our in-studio team. This role is ideal for an engaging educator who enjoys working with kids, teens, and adults, and who values performance-based learning and community impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach private (and occasional group) lessons in drums and/or piano
• Develop engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans tailored to each student
• Prepare students for performances, recitals, and showcases
• Create a fun, encouraging, and structured learning environment
• Communicate regularly with parents and students on progress
• Maintain professionalism and punctuality for scheduled lessons

Qualifications

• Experience teaching drums and/or piano (formal or informal)
• Strong musicianship and foundational technique
• Ability to work with beginners through intermediate students
• Reliable, organized, and great with communication
• Passion for working with youth and building confidence through music

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
