MUST HAVE PREVIOUS RETAIL FASHION EXPERIENCE.

(Part time may be available with a different level of compensation and hours)

PRIOR EXPERIENCE IS MOST DEFINATELY AN ASSET HOWEVER TRAINING IS PROVIDED!

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand the customer base
• Identify client needs through consultative selling and provide appropriate product or service recommendations
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase offerings effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and status using CRM and other available tools
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities

Experience

• Prior experience in sales or customer service with MENS FASION is highly preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets and goals
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a customer first environment
• Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus
• A positive attitude, resilience, and eagerness to learn are essential qualities for success in this role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
