About the Role The

Content & Social Media Marketer – Sports & Events

will be responsible for building and scaling JusBook’s digital presence across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels.

This role is ideal for a creative and trend-aware individual who can capture engaging moments, create high-performing content, and drive audience engagement through innovative storytelling and social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging reels, short-form videos, and social media content.
• Capture event highlights, behind-the-scenes moments, and live experiences.
• Plan and execute content strategies aligned with current trends.
• Edit videos with captions, music, and high-engagement formats.
• Manage posting schedules, hashtags, and content calendars.
• Build excitement and promote upcoming sports events and experiences.
• Track content performance and optimize based on engagement insights.
• Collaborate with marketing and event teams for campaign execution.

What We’re Looking For?

• Minimum 6 months of experience in content creation or social media marketing.
• Strong interest in sports, events, and digital content creation.
• Creative mindset with awareness of current social media trends.
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Ability to execute content ideas consistently and efficiently.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form content formats.
• Comfortable being on camera (preferred but not mandatory).

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Prior experience in sports or event-based content creation.
• Portfolio showcasing reels, videos, or social media work.
• Understanding of audience engagement and viral content strategies.
• Basic knowledge of analytics tools for content performance tracking.
