In this role, you will play a key part in driving occupancy by overseeing the leasing of vacant units across the Jupiter portfolio and collaborating closely with local U.S. leasing agents and brokers. Commercial Real Estate Leasing Manager Summary The Commercial Leasing Manager plays a crucial role in the day-to-day management of leasing activities across our commercial portfolio. This position is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of commercial leases, ensuring seamless collaboration with leasing agents across the U.S. and facilitating smooth, efficient negotiation and execution processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales acumen, meticulous attention to detail, solid project management capabilities, and exceptional organizational and communication skills to effectively engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
