Job Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop front and back of house teams, building strong leadership depth across outlets
  • Create an environment where service feels natural, engaging, and reflective of a premium yet approachable guest experience
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple venues, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail
  • Partner with culinary leadership to ensure alignment on menu execution, quality, and overall guest satisfaction
  • Manage labour, scheduling, and cost controls to support strong financial outcomes
  • Actively engage with guests and team members on the floor, setting the tone through presence and leadership
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of events and special programming across the property

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a senior food and beverage role within a luxury hotel, resort, or premium dining environment
  • Strong operator first mindset with the ability to lead from the floor and set the tone for service excellence
  • Previous experience in serving or bartending, with a strong understanding of service fundamentals
  • Background in casual fine dining environments is considered an asset
  • Experience supporting or leading events and special programming is an asset
  • WSET Level 2 or equivalent wine knowledge is an asset
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple outlets with a focus on both guest experience and financial results
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to coach, influence, and inspire at all levels
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable working in a seasonal, high-volume environment with a hands‑on leadership style
