We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Team Members to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will assist with receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Pick and pack orders according to company standards
• Prepare products for shipment, including labeling and staging
• Load and unload trucks using manual or powered equipment
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic math and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift experience is a plus (training may be provided)

Pay: $22.80 - $27.40 per hour
