Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle Queries through Whatsapp Chat and Calls
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to client queries and escalations.
• Ability to convert the leads into sales and follow up them till delivery of the product
• Good Communication Skills required
• Must speak Hindi, English effectively

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Tech, and Operations teams to resolve recurring client pain points.
• Escalate product or tech-related issues quickly with clear documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
