Title: SAP Concur Solution Architect

Location:Hybrid/ Remote - Candidates local to Reston, VA area preferred but will accept remote candidates. Local candidates need to report to our Reston office 4 days a week.

Salary : $120-135K/Year on W2

Description Of Project And Tasks

Title: SAP Concur Solution Architect

This role partners with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure SAP Concur solutions meet contractual and industry standards. It designs and supports a SaaS Travel & Expense ecosystem including Concur, reporting, API integrations with finance and HR systems, Duty of Care, mid office travel tools, and corporate card providers. Responsibilities include translating change requests into requirements and design documentation, coordinating technical integrations, providing Concur subject matter expertise, supporting development and SIT/UAT, and promoting releases to production while supporting client stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Knowledge and experience with Travel & Expense industry
• Knowledge and experience with SAP Concur ecosystems including Financial management integrations
• Understanding of latest technology and trends in Travel and Expense practice Experience with integration of various travel and expense applications and systems with expertise in SAP Concur

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Duty of Care and travel risk management tools

Experience with mid-office travel systems and reporting tools

Familiarity with industry trends in Travel & Expense technology

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and analysis

Mandatory Skills

SAP Concur ecosystem expertise (including configuration and support)

Experience in Travel & Expense industry processes and solutions

Integration experience (APIs, finance systems, HR systems, corporate card platforms)

Solution design and architecture for SaaS platforms

Strong stakeholder communication and requirements translation

Other Required Skill Requirement

Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Excellent verbal and written communication skills
