Job Description
As a Sr. Marketing Specialist, Digital Demand Generation, your role will involve driving scalable, performance-driven digital marketing campaigns in the India market to expand the customer base and generate qualified demand. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing full-funnel digital campaigns in collaboration with sales, marketing, and agency partners. This position is ideal for a results-oriented marketer with a strong analytical focus and experience in B2B digital demand programs. You will report directly to the Marketing Director, APAC and can be based in Bangalore, Mumbai, or Gurgaon. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize digital demand generation campaigns to drive MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline growth - Manage integrated campaigns across paid search, display, social (LinkedIn, Google, Meta), email marketing, nurture programs, landing pages, and website conversion paths - Adapt global and regional campaign strategies for local relevance and performance - Track and analyze campaign performance against KPIs such as CPL, conversion rates, and ROI - Conduct A/B testing on ads, messaging, audiences, and landing pages - Operate marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce) - Ensure accurate lead capture, scoring, nurturing, and handoff to sales - Collaborate with sales, SDRs, product marketing, and content teams - Coordinate with agencies and vendors for media buying, creative, and campaign execution - Support APAC and global marketing initiatives as required Qualifications Required: - 10 years of experience in digital marketing or demand generation in B2B - Hands-on experience managing paid digital channels and integrated campaigns - Strong working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems - Proven ability to drive measurable demand and pipeline impact - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Preferred Qualifications: - Experience supporting APAC or global demand programs - Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies - Experience marketing to enterprise or midmarket audiences - Exposure to analytics and BI tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, Power BI) If you join us, you will become part of a leading global multi-industrial corporation offering an exciting and challenging position.
