About the role

Handle inbound calls from US customers regarding account updates, billing, and service-related queries. Provide accurate solutions while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.

Day-to-day:

• Assist customers with account/billing clarifications and basic troubleshooting
• Log interactions accurately and follow up on pending issues
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and adhere to process scripts

Must-haves:

Excellent English communication, customer empathy, night shift flexibility
