Job Description
As a Senior Inside Sales in the Car Rental Business, your role will involve driving revenue for the company's car rental and mobility business. You will be responsible for creating and managing the sales funnel, generating leads, and executing end-to-end sales strategies with a specific focus on building a strong B2B pipeline and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage the complete sales funnel, starting from market mapping and lead generation to final conversion
- Proactively generate leads through various channels such as cold outreach, partnerships, networking, and digital platforms
- Identify and onboard enterprise and mid-market corporate clients, travel partners, and B2B accounts
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to acquire new business within the car rental/mobility segment
- Conduct consultative selling, virtual demonstrations, and tailored solution presentations to meet client mobility requirements
- Negotiate commercial terms and secure long-term, high-value contracts
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and enhance funnel metrics including conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and deal size
- Cultivate strong client relationships to drive repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead quality and service delivery
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and reporting through CRM systems
Key Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in inside sales or B2B sales
- Demonstrated expertise in funnel creation, pipeline management, and lead generation from scratch
- Strong track record of closing complex and high-value deals
- Background in car rental, mobility, travel, logistics, fleet management, or related industries is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to think strategically and work independently in an Individual Contributor role
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales metrics and performance tracking
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and digital sales platforms

- Prior experience in selling corporate mobility solutions, employee transportation, or travel services
- Exposure to enterprise clients, procurement teams, and long-term contract negotiations
