Summary

A Windows Administrator manages and maintains Windows server environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. This role focuses on Active Directory, group policies, patch management, and system troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, AD, and Exchange environments.
• Monitor system health, performance, and security alerts.
• Apply updates, patches, and security configurations.
• Manage user accounts, group policies, and permissions.
• Troubleshoot Windows server issues and provide technical support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience managing Windows server environments.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange.

Preferred Skills / Duties

• Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE) are a plus.
• Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) and cloud services (Azure, AWS).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
