Systems Engineer- Windows

Washington DC (3 Days hybrid)

Windows Systems Engineering background, including the ability to interpret and apply Standard Configuration Baselines (SCB) for Windows and IIS across application servers in a consistent, methodical, and repeatable way. The role also requires coordinating with application teams to troubleshoot and resolve related issues.

Advanced proficiency in MECM/SCCM administration, including:

• Automation and orchestration using PowerShell scripting
• Developing and maintaining compliance baselines
• Experience with compliance automation tools such as BigFix

Workstation management expertise using SCCM, MECM, or Intune, including:

• Application packaging and deployment
• Managing workstation configurations and compliance

Windows Server administration experience, including:

• Windows application administration. IIS configuration and management
• Applying Windows security best practices

Handson experience with enterprise vulnerability management tools and practices, including:

• Tenable vulnerability scanning
• Analyzing, prioritizing, and remediating vulnerabilities across Windows environments

BigFix for patch management, compliance enforcement, and security configuration
