Job Title: System Admin ( M365 AI Administrator (Copilot & Power Platform)

Location: Memphis, TN (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

Duration: 6+ months (extendable)

Employment Type: W2 Only (No C2C)

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled M365 AI Administrator to manage and support Microsoft AI platforms within an enterprise environment. This role focuses on administration, governance, and enablement of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio while driving adoption and ensuring responsible AI usage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer Microsoft 365 AI platforms including Copilot, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio
• Manage tenant configuration, licensing, environments, and feature enablement
• Implement and enforce AI governance policies, security controls, and compliance standards
• Monitor platform performance, adoption, and usage metrics
• Evaluate platform updates and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and IT teams
• Support teams in building and deploying AI agents with best practices
• Conduct training sessions and drive user adoption
• Maintain documentation, standards, and enterprise AI guidelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues
• Create dashboards and reports for AI usage and adoption

Required Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in IT, cloud, or platform administration
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Copilot, Power Platform, Copilot Studio)
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, and compliance
• Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, APIs)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Azure AI or Azure OpenAI
• Background in enterprise AI adoption or change management
• Familiarity with responsible AI frameworks and regulations
