- Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering/information systems or similar technical area
- At least 12+ years of experience in IT covering at least three of the following areas: architecture, requirements & design, development, testing, application support.
- 4+ years of MSO/Telecommunications experience with a good blend of functional and technical skills in enterprise BSS systems and Solutions architecture.
- Own and Evolve Domain Architecture
- Define and continuously evolve the end-to-end architecture for Sales and Marketing systems, spanning applications, services, integrations, and platforms.
- Establish architectural principles, standards, and reference patterns that enable consistent, high-quality system design across teams.
- Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects to align domain decisions with broader architectural strategy.
- Apply Deep Functional & System Understanding
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the functional capabilities, workflows, and constraints of the end-to- technology ecosystem. end Sales and Marketing
- Leverage this knowledge to efficiently identify solution designs that meet business needs while minimizing unnecessary customization, duplication, or technical complexity.
- Help teams understand when to extend existing capabilities versus introducing new services or platforms.
- Design for Scale, Reliability & Security o Partner with engineering teams to design cloud-native, distributed systems that support high-volume, business-critical workflows.
- Promote API-first and event-driven architectures that enable loose coupling and faster delivery. o Ensure solutions are designed with resiliency, performance, security, and operational excellence in mind.
- Technical Strategy & Roadmapping
- Translate product and business strategies into coherent architectural direction and technology roadmaps.
- Evaluate new technologies and platforms through proof-of-concept and design exploration, making pragmatic recommendations aligned to business value. o Balance innovation with simplicity, cost awareness, and long-term maintainability.
- Influence, Collaboration & Mentorship o Serve as a trusted technical partner to product managers, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with peer architects to make well-reasoned architectural decisions as a team.

- This role plays a critical part in ensuring our Sales and Marketing platforms evolve in a deliberate, scalable, and business-aligned way. You will help teams move faster by reducing architectural ambiguity, maximizing reuse of existing capabilities, and ensuring solutions are thoughtfully designed from both a technical and functional perspective
- Significant experience designing and evolving large-scale, distributed systems in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in
, microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems.
- Demonstrated ability to reason about architectural tradeoffs and align technical solutions to real business needs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex system designs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, CRM, or customer-facing platforms is a strong plus.
- Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- Significant experience designing and evolving large-scale, distributed systems in complex enterprise environments
