Requirements

• Demonstrated expert-level proficiency in Windows Server and Active Directory administration, encompassing Domain Controllers, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and PKI infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise-wide patching and vulnerability remediation, with working knowledge of tools such as Tanium.
• In-depth understanding of Active Directory architecture, replication topologies, and Group Policy management, backed by a minimum of five (5) years of practical experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong capability in diagnosing complex issues and optimizing performance within Windows Server ecosystems, including authentication services and directory components.
• Demonstrated track record of leading infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and security remediation efforts within compliance-driven organizations.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, applied to patch deployment, vulnerability remediation, and system configuration workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical lead on high-impact migration and infrastructure initiatives.
• Diagnose and resolve system performance issues spanning hardware, backups, updates, virtualization platforms, and directory services.
• Oversee enterprise Active Directory environments, incorporating cloud technologies such as Azure AD, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and identity federation solutions including PingID.
• Architect and sustain GPOs, DNS/DHCP configurations, PKI services, and Active Directory replication frameworks.
• Administer, harden, and maintain Windows Server and Active Directory infrastructure at an enterprise scale.
• Oversee patch deployment cycles, conduct vulnerability scans, and drive remediation efforts leveraging Qualys and Tanium.
• Continuously monitor and address vulnerabilities in alignment with organizational security policies and compliance mandates.
• Spearhead complex infrastructure projects including system migrations, environment consolidation, and virtualization initiatives across VMware and cloud-based platforms.
