Job Description

Duration: FTE

Location: NJ-Raritan, 100% Remote

Crew data analysis associates bring data insights to life with predictive and descriptive analytics, create meaningful business intelligence and data visualization dashboards, and learn data profiling and cloud data practices.

Responsibilities

Resource Data Management

Support the development and population of a portfolio-wide resource management framework within Smartsheet

Gather and maintain resource allocation data across projects, products, and operational activities

Track time allocation and capacity for shared SMEs supporting multiple initiatives

Maintain clean, accurate datasets that reflect who is working on what and when

Smartsheet Configuration and Support

Assist in building and maintaining Smartsheet sheets, dashboards, and reports to support portfolio resource planning

Configure fields and structures to support resource tracking, capacity planning, and reporting

Support testing, validation, and refinement of the Smartsheet Resource Management module

Help troubleshoot data and reporting issues within Smartsheet

Portfolio Reporting and Insights

Generate resource utilization and capacity reports to support portfolio decision making

Identify potential resource conflicts, over-allocations, or gaps across initiatives

Create simple dashboards and visualizations to provide visibility into portfolio resource demand vs. supply

Stakeholder Coordination

Work with product managers, project managers, and portfolio leadership to collect and validate resource allocation information

Support periodic updates to ensure resource data remains accurate and current

Document processes and help establish standard ways of tracking resource data across the portfolio

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in data analysis, PMO, portfolio operations, or project coordination

Experience working with structured datasets in tools such as Excel, Smartsheet, Airtable, or similar

Experience With PowerApps Is Strongly Preferred

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to gather and validate information

Strong organizational and communication skills

Comfortable working in a fast-moving portfolio environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using Smartsheet, particularly dashboards or reporting

Exposure to portfolio management or resource planning

Familiarity with PMO or project management environments

Experience supporting digital transformation or technology portfolios

Exposure to life sciences, pharmaceutical, or regulatory environments

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
