Lead Full Stack Engineer W/ TypeScript, GraphQL/ Onsite Work

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including full stack development
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript (frontend and backend development)
- Proven experience leading distributed/offshore engineering teams
- Telecom, converged communications, and/or call center platform experience strongly preferred
- Experience with GraphQL, APIs, and modern cloud-native architectures
- Comfortable operating autonomously in ambiguous, high-pressure environments
- Ability to ramp quickly (expected NICE CXone and GraphQL ramp ~1 week)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- DevOps mindset: understands deployment, environments, and operational risks
