Desktop Engineer (Windows OS/MS Tools)

Location: Bridgewater, NJ Onsite

Duration: 12 Months+

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of desktop support / field engineering experience.
• Experience providing VIP or executive support services.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Windows OS, Microsoft Office
• Microsoft Teams / collaboration tools
• Hands-on troubleshooting of hardware, laptops, and peripherals.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience coordinating with backend IT teams and OEM vendors.
• Ability to work onsite in Bridgewater, NJ.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, etc.).
• Experience supporting C-level executives.
