Desktop Engineer (Windows OS/MS Tools)
Location: Bridgewater, NJ Onsite
Duration: 12 Months+
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of desktop support / field engineering experience.
- Experience providing VIP or executive support services.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Windows OS, Microsoft Office
- Microsoft Teams / collaboration tools
- Hands-on troubleshooting of hardware, laptops, and peripherals.
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
- Experience coordinating with backend IT teams and OEM vendors.
- Ability to work onsite in Bridgewater, NJ.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise IT environments.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, etc.).
- Experience supporting C-level executives.
