Application Support Specialist

SNI has teamed with a valued client in Scottsdale on a search for an Application Support Specialist. The Application Support Specialist will work in an on-site position to build rapport with IT vendors and internal teams to support the organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 2 support for service requests and incident resolution.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate IT infrastructure issues when necessary.
• Monitor application performance and identify potential problems.
• Manage application configurations to ensure systems operate effectively.
• Create user guidelines and training materials to support system adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in application support or a related IT role.

Compensation and Benefits:
