• Location: Concord, NH
• Work Arrangement: Onsite (Fully onsite for the first 3 weeks; potential to move to a hybrid schedule of 2 days/week onsite thereafter).
• Interview Mode: Webcam or In-Person (Candidates must be available for an in-person interview if requested).

Key Responsibilities

• Systems Administration: Install, configure, and maintain MCS-supported cloud and server-based systems (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Azure File Services, and SharePoint).
• Infrastructure Support: Manage Microsoft Server DHCP/DNS and implement DNS record requests.
• Technical Implementation: Research and deploy server programs including monitoring tools, antivirus, backup/recovery agents, and technical support tools like ADUC and Print Management.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure all services are configured to prevent interruptions and adhere to established security procedures and documentation standards.
• Support: Analyze Help Desk work orders, performing Tier 2-3 troubleshooting and resolution.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ Years: Microsoft Server DHCP & DNS Management.
• 5+ Years: Windows Active Directory and Azure AD Identity Administration.
• 5+ Years: Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
• 5+ Years: Enterprise Print Server Management.
• 3+ Years: PowerShell/Graph Scripting experience.
• 3+ Years: Azure File Services Administration.

Highly Desired Skills

• Troubleshooting MS SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive (backend authentication/permissions).
• Exchange Online Administration.
• Information Security and technical documentation proficiency.
