Hiring: Active Directory (AD) Admin / Operator

Location: Alpharetta, GA

We are looking for a hands-on Active Directory Administrator to support enterprise-level AD environments. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and capable of maintaining secure, stable, and highly available directory services.

Role Summary:

Active Directory (AD) Admin/Operator responsible for day-to-day operations, configuration, patching, documentation, and incident management across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform operational support for Active Directory and related identity platforms

Configure & manage Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO), DNS, and DHCP

Execute patching, upgrades, and security hardening

Troubleshoot incidents, outages, and performance issues

Monitor AD health, replication, and domain controller performance

Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks

Support user lifecycle management, access provisioning, and RBAC

Participate in RCA and problem management activities
