CA: Costa Mesa, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Westlake Village

Charlottesville, VA

Washington, DC

Job Details

• Advise clients on estate planning strategies tailored to individual and family objectives
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related planning documents
• Administer estates and trusts through all phases, from initial inventory through final distribution
• Coordinate with clients, beneficiaries, fiduciaries, and outside advisors on planning and administration matters
• Handle general corporate work as needed to support client matters

Looking For:

• Bar Admission in applicable state
• Trusts and estates experience with depth in both planning and administration

• Will Drafting
• Powers of Attorney
• Probate
• Tax Planning (Estate and Gift)
