We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced legal environment, working on complex litigation cases.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive litigation support, including legal research, discovery process, case investigation, trail preparation, scanning, cataloging, ESI processing and more.
Experience with iConect Xera is preferred, and we particularly welcome applicants with a background in construction litigation or government contract.
Flexible
Scheduling BONUSES!! Conduct meticulous legal research and provide comprehensive litigation support in large scale complex litigation cases. Manage all aspects of the Discovery Process, including the collection, processing, and production of Electronically Stored Information (ESI).
Handle scanning, cataloging, and ESI processing tasks accurately and efficiently. Utilize LAW PreDiscovery software to manage and analyze legal documents. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.
Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal. Proficient in legal research, litigation support, and handling large scale complex litigation.
Experience with LAW PreDiscovery or similar legal software. Proficient in scanning and cataloging legal documents. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
