PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT (Immediate Start)

Property Accountant Needed - $85K-$120K - Growing Non Profit This Jobot Job is hosted by: Steven Zacharias We are a growing non-profit based out of Washington, DC that's looking for a Property Accountant! Zacharias@Jobot.com! 80,000-$90,000 Base Salary + Bonus Hybrid Work Schedule (2 days remote / 3 days remote during off season) Health / Dental / Vision Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. CPA or CMA license. 4+ years of progressive experience in Accounting or Finance; with a strong preference for specialized experience in real estate, multi-family development, property management, affordable housing and LIHTC.

Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. Proficiency with accounting software. Proficiency with all MS Office software including advanced Excel capabilities (i.e. formulas and functions).

Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Solid experience coordinating audit activities and managing reporting, budget development and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and accounting for investments.
