Job Title: Senior Power BI Developer Experience: 10+ Years Location: Remote Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
Create and maintain complex SQL queries, views, and stored procedures
Perform data transformation, modeling, and validation for analytics and reporting
Develop DAX calculations and optimize Power BI data models for performance
Use Python for data analysis, automation, and advanced transformations
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into BI solutions
Partner with data engineering teams to ensure reliable and scalable data pipelines
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, security, and governance across BI platforms
Conduct performance tuning for reports, datasets, and refresh processes
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers
Participate in design reviews and promote BI best practices Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Data Analytics
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (Reports, DAX, Data Modeling)
Advanced SQL skills (queries, performance tuning, stored procedures)
Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts
Experience working with large, complex datasets
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have
Experience with DBT (Data Build Tool)
Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or arenaflex Cloud Platform)
