SQL ETL Developer

ETL Development & Maintenance

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
• Ensure data is accurately transformed and loaded into data warehouses or data lakes.

SQL Development

• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Optimize queries for performance and scalability.

Data Integration

• Integrate data from various systems like ERP, CRM, APIs, and flat files.
• Ensure smooth data flow between systems.

Data Warehousing

• Design and implement data warehouse schemas (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).
• Support reporting and analytics requirements.

Performance Optimization

• Identify bottlenecks and improve ETL/SQL performance.
• Tune queries, indexes, and database structures.

Data Quality & Validation

• Implement data validation checks and ensure data accuracy.
• Troubleshoot data issues and fix inconsistencies.

Automation & Scheduling

• Schedule and monitor ETL jobs using tools like SQL Server Agent, Airflow, etc.
• Handle job failures and ensure timely execution.

Collaboration

• Work with business analysts, data analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions.

Documentation

• Maintain technical documentation for ETL processes, data flows, and systems.

Mentoring

• Guide junior developers and review their code.
• Share best practices and improve team efficiency.

Tools & Technologies:

• SQL Server / Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL
• ETL Tools: SSIS, Informatica, Talend, Apache Airflow
• Data Warehousing concepts
• Basic scripting (Python/Shell) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
