Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on IT professional to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure across both on-premise office environments and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) .

The role will be responsible for identity and access management, endpoint and network administration, and day-to-day IT operations, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable IT systems to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain on-premise IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, networks, and office IT systems
• Ensure high availability and performance of IT systems across locations
• Handle IT asset lifecycle management (procurement, provisioning, tracking, decommissioning)
• Implement and manage Active Directory (AD) / Azure AD environments
• Handle user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control
• Enforce least privilege and role-based access controls (RBAC)
• Manage SSO, MFA, and identity governance
• Support and maintain cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure)
• Manage IAM roles, policies, and access controls in cloud
• Assist in cloud resource provisioning, monitoring, and cost optimization
• Work with DevOps/engineering teams to support infrastructure needs
• Manage office networks including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls
• Ensure endpoint security through patching, antivirus, and device hardening
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues
• Provide L2/L3 support for IT issues across users and systems
• Manage ticketing system and ensure SLA adherence
• Support onboarding/offboarding of employees (devices, access, email, etc.)
• Maintain documentation for IT systems, processes, and configurations
• Support implementation of security controls aligned with ISO 27001 / SOC 2 / PCI DSS
• Assist in audit readiness and evidence collection
• Ensure patch management and vulnerability remediation for IT systems

Key Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure / IT Operations
• Strong hands-on experience with:

Active Directory / Azure AD

Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Windows/Linux system administration

• Experience in AWS and/or Azure cloud environments
• Good understanding of:

Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls)

Endpoint security and patch management

• Experience with ITSM tools / ticketing systems
• Certifications such as:

Microsoft Certified (Azure Administrator / M365)

AWS Certified SysOps / Administrator

• Experience in fintech / BFSI environments
• Exposure to compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS)
• Hands-on, problem-solving mindset
• Strong ownership of IT systems and user experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
