Position Details: Role: Shift Incharge Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Production, Rubber Technology, or related field Experience: 4–8 years in hose or rubber manufacturing (Minimum 1–3 years as a shift supervisor or lead operator) Location: Madurai - Nilakottai Job Specification: To supervise hose production activities during an assigned shift, ensuring target achievement, quality compliance, safety adherence, and efficient manpower utilization across all hose manufacturing operations. 1.
