Fleet Service Advisor

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage service and repair needs for commercial and fleet customers
• Act as the primary point of contact for business clients
• Schedule, open, and manage repair orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinate with technicians and dispatch to prioritize fleet work
• Provide estimates, obtain approvals, and communicate timelines clearly
• Maximize vehicle uptime through effective scheduling and follow-up
• Maintain strong relationships with commercial accounts
• Identify opportunities for additional maintenance and services
• Ensure all repair orders are complete, accurate, and properly authorized
• Use dealership systems (PBS, OASIS, etc.) to manage workflow and documentation

Education & Experience

• 2+ years experience as a Service Advisor (dealership experience preferred)
• Experience working with fleet or commercial accounts is an asset
• Basic understanding of automotive service and repair
• Experience with dealership systems (PBS, CDK, Reynolds, etc.) is an asset

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
