A Rare Leadership Opportunity Jim Coleman Toyota is seeking an experienced, proven General Manager to lead one of the premier Toyota dealerships in the Washington metropolitan market and throughout Toyota's Central Atlantic Region.

This individual must possess a strong understanding of both variable and fixed operations, including the critical role that used vehicle acquisition, inventory management, merchandising, and profitability play in the overall success of the dealership.
Responsibilities
- Lead all dealership operations, including Sales, Used Vehicle Operations, Service, Parts, Finance, and Administration.
- Drive growth in profitability, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and market share.
- Develop and mentor department leaders while building a culture of accountability and performance.
- Establish clear expectations, measurable objectives, and consistent follow-through throughout the organization.
- Strengthen recruiting, training, coaching, and succession planning efforts across all departments.
- Refine and implement processes, procedures, and best practices that improve operational effectiveness and customer experience.
- Drive excellence in used vehicle acquisition, inventory management, reconditioning, merchandising, and profitability.
- Partner directly with ownership on strategic initiatives and long-term organizational growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with employees, customers, manufacturer representatives, and community stakeholders.

- Proven General Manager experience in a franchised automotive dealership.
- Demonstrated success leading both variable and fixed operations.
- Strong leadership, financial, and operational management skills.
- Experience developing high-performing teams and future leaders.
- Track record of implementing processes and accountability systems that drive results.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

- Import franchise leadership experience preferred.
